Pressekonferenz im Volksbad

Am Freitag den 21. August haben wir im Volksbad in Jena unsere erste Pressekonferenz gehalten. Wir bedanken und bei Frank Schenker (Bürgermeister der Stadt Jena), Carsten Müller ( Werkleiter JenaKultur), Margret Franz (Deutsch-Chinesische Gesellschaft Jena e.V.) und Susa Pop (künstlerische Leiterin City Visions und Initiatorin des Connecting Cities Netzwerks) (vlnr) und bei unseren so zahlreich erschienen Partnern für ihre Statements zum CITY VISIONS JENA Festival. OPEN CALL Genius Loci Lab

The Lab is the live stage for anyone who likes to let it rip – the audiovisual adventure playground for the Genius Loci Weimar festival. It is the place where any and all forms of facade projection can be dissected and questioned. If you like the idea of one week of creative abandonment on a charming industrial wasteland in Weimar alongside other AV artists from all over the globe, we look forward to receiving your application! The Lab will take place from 03 – 09 August and we will put on the shows developed on site from 07 – 09 August, in parallel with the festival. Closing date is 15 July 19:19 CET.

Bring Your Own Beamer offers you the possibility to present your own audiovisual content during the new CITY VISIONS Festival dedicated to light, arts and science taking place in Jena from 8th to 11th of October 2015. BRING YOUR OWN BEAMER is an experimental exhibition format initiated by the artist Rafael Rozendaal. Deine Teilnahme bei CITY VISIONS ist eine fantastische Möglichkeit Wissen und praktische Fähigkeiten im Bereich öffentlicher Kulturveranstaltungen zu sammeln. Du kommst in Kontakt mit internationalen Künstlern und Fachleuten aus der Technologie-Branche, triffst eine Menge interessanter Leute, und hast jede Menge Spaß! Wir suchen freiwillige Helfer, die uns vor und während des Festivals unterstützen.
